Pets of all kids are allowed. We do require a $150 pet deposit per pet, regardless of type. This deposit is added to the total amount of the security deposit, and is potentially refundable. <br />DOGS ONLY: In addition to the pet deposit, nonrefundable pet rent of $10 per month is also required.
